Shifting
Shifting is the second most important thing in this world. Normal humans are generally looked down upon as a weaker species. And while it is unknown why shifters shift, they take pride within shifting.
Shifters have stronger immune systems than normal humans do, and they do not retain any of their animal parts during human form(unless bought at the store). Also the shifting of extinct animals can be seen on rare occasions(also an item in the shop)
Shifters animal forms act as a second conscious in their brain, they sometimes show themselves to their humans and converse regularly. They even sometimes have their own personalities. The animal form of the shifter is always the same gender as their human. When Shifters first shift at the age of twelve they usually get sick right before. The location of shifters birth place is thought to be the reason for their animal partner but they are still not sure.
Your character is allowed to have one animal form for free without any perks bought at the store. But you can also buy a second shift, extinct shift, animal perks, and other things in the shop as you earn money from posting on the board. Any living thing is playable as a shift. But no fantasy creatures.
